Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase if:
- • The item is unused and in original condition
- • All original packaging and tags are intact
- • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse
- • The receipt or order number is provided
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item:
- 1. Contact us at info@alitraders.pk or WhatsApp with your order number
- 2. Provide photos of the item and reason for return
- 3. Wait for approval from our team
- 4. Ship the item back to us (return label will be provided)
- 5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund/exchange
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- • We inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- • If approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method
- • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to appear
- • Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer
4. Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or product from our collection. Exchanges are processed faster than returns and follow the same eligibility criteria.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Items used or damaged by the customer
- • Items without original packaging or tags
- • Custom or personalized orders
- • Items purchased on final sale
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
