Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase if:

• • The item is unused and in original condition
• • All original packaging and tags are intact
• • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse
• • The receipt or order number is provided

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item:

2. 2. Provide photos of the item and reason for return
3. 3. Wait for approval from our team
4. 4. Ship the item back to us (return label will be provided)
5. 5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund/exchange

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

• • We inspect the item within 2-3 business days
• • If approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method
• • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to appear
• • Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer

4. Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or product from our collection. Exchanges are processed faster than returns and follow the same eligibility criteria.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• • Items used or damaged by the customer
• • Items without original packaging or tags
• • Custom or personalized orders
• • Items purchased on final sale

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
